Not satisfied with your order? No problem. You can return your order under certain conditions. Check whether your order qualifies for return:
- Returning is possible within 10 days after receiving your package.
- The articles should be unworn and undamaged. All original labels should still be attached.
- Beauty products, beachwear, underwear and jewels are non-returnable.
Shoes or clothing with stains will NOT be accepted. Did you find a stain on your article at receiving your order? Let us know as soon as possible. We check everything before it is sent as well.
SALE ITEMS can NOT be returned.

Returning your package is at your own costs, unless the return concerns an incorrect delivery. Return your package to this adress:
